Submission of applications for information disclosure, including fees for the information provided is governed by the Act on Free Access to Information No. 106/1999 Coll.
Being the mandatory subject, the Institute for State Control of Veterinary Biologicals and Medicines will only provide the applicant with the public information related to its scope of competency and not exceeding its remit.
If costs arise at ÚSKVBL in connection with providing information that exceed 100 CZK for materials or 8 person-hours for work, and that ÚSKVBL has to incur to process the request (printing/copying documents, searching for information, preparing, editing, or processing information), then ÚSKVBL will ask the applicant to cover the incurred costs according to the following price list:
1 page of black-and-white print/copy A4 1 CZK
1 page of color print/copy A4 2 CZK
1 person-hour of work 660 CZK (according to Decree No. 427/2008 Coll.)
Any costs for acquiring a data medium are set at the purchase price of the requested technical data medium. Costs associated with sending the information to the requester in the form of hard copies are determined according to the current postal service rates. Other direct costs are set at the price at which ÚSKVBL buys the materials or services.
The USKVBL will inform the applicant about the exact amount of the cost reimbursement and how to pay it when providing the requested information. For amounts exceeding 1000 CZK, the USKVBL will inform the applicant before it starts to prepare the information requested.
